I like this very much. If I may, I see a smudge upon a window pane. Little fingers chilled from the cold touching the glass hoping for some of the warmth from within I wonder where the door might be. Really nicely done. ☺️

Hm, I do look out the window every evening, partly to check on the weather and the world and partly to see if anyone’s there. I shall crack it open a little. Failing that, there is a door round the back of the building and the key is under the mat. 🙂 x
