    Poor Ivan, broken, cursed by children, a thing to be taunted and run from “,,,enough to begin to whittle the future to an ever finer edge…” There’s only nothing left at the finest point of it, I think.

    That a rabbit must be put into the hat before it can be taken out is a thing I’ve never considered, but it must be so for everything.
